Check-In & Check-Out Policy:

• Standard check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00 (noon).
• A late check-out up to 14:00 is available free of charge, depending on room availability.
• If you check out after 14:00 but by 18:00, a fee of 50% of the room rate applies.
• Check-outs after 18:00 incur a full 100% room charge.
• Arrivals before 08:00 are charged for the previous night's stay.
• Guests arriving between 08:00 and 12:00 may be accommodated, depending on availability, without any extra charge.
• Express check-in/check-out options are available.
• A government-issued photo ID is required (for Indian citizens: Aadhar or similar; for foreign guests: passport + visa).

Cancellation Charges:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or fewer before the scheduled arrival date, including no-shows, will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
