Check in - 1200 Hours
- Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in prior to 8am, the reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check out - 1200 Hours
- Late Check out up to 2pm no extra charge subject to availability
- Late check out up to 7pm – 50% extra charge of applicable room tariff
- Late Check out after 7 pm – Full charge of applicable room tariff.
Child / Extra bed policy :
- One Child below 5 years can be accommodated in the same room as parents on no extra charges without an extra bed.
- Child above 5years and between 12years, extra charge of Rs 500 per day.
- Extra Bed charged at Rs 500
Confirmation & billing - terms & conditions :
- For individual payments, we request you to confirm your reservation against credit card or cash deposit.
- Companies undertaking payment can confirm reservations by sending a Billing Letter duly signed by an authorized person and making advance payment of 50% of the stay duration.
- In the case of guests settling their account by credit card, pre-authorization on the credit card for the entire amount of the room charge and anticipated extras i.e. food and beverage etc., is obtained upon check-in.
- The Hotel reserves the right to put non-confirmed reservations on wait list status
Cancellation and retention charge Policy :
- Hotel reserves the right to levy one night's room charge and taxes
applicable thereof, as Cancellation or No Show charges unless reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to planned date of arrival.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge retention charges should the length of stay be reduced after check in.
Taxes:
- All taxes as levied by the government are extra and liable to change without prior notice.
